A full-service real estate firm needs more than a listing.
Visión offers sales, rentals, lease management, legal services and cleaning. Every deal involves clients, owners, agents, partners and commissions.
The team needed one place to publish properties, follow up with clients and close each deal with clear numbers.
02 — How we approached it
From the public listing to the paid commission.
The public website and the panel share the same inventory: what an agent publishes shows up in search, and what closes reaches the cash register.
Coded inventory
Every property with a unique code, status, photos, documents and spec sheet.
Rule-based commissions
Deal sides, agent levels and internal costs calculated automatically, with approval.
Multi-currency cash flow
Cash flow in bolívares, dollars, euros and USDT, the way the Venezuelan market operates.
