01 — The challenge

One record per patient, not one per consulting room.

A polyclinic with more than 20 specialties needs every doctor to see the same thing: history, allergies and previous visits, no matter who saw the patient before.

And all of it with health data, which in Peru is protected by Law 29733: role-based access, masked sensitive data and a trace of every change.

02 — How we approached it

One visit, one flow.

We designed the visit as a sequence of tabs the doctor goes through in order, with the patient always in view and the signature at the end.

  1. Patient always in view

Key data and allergies stay on screen for the whole visit, on every tab.

  2. Separate roles

Doctors, front desk and administration see only what they need, each with their own user guide.

  3. Signature and traceability

Every visit is dated, signed and linked to the doctor, with its ICD-10 diagnosis.

03 — What we solved

What the system already handles.

  • Complete visits: medical history, physical exam, ICD-10 diagnosis and prescription.
  • Allergy alerts visible throughout the visit.
  • Masked national ID and role-based access to protect patient data.
  • Next phase: lab results, imaging and file attachments.
